About Our Next Phase of Construction

There are a total of 46 lots in the Carlisle Inlet and our Construction Team is intensely working to install the gutters, curbs and roads as we speak. Completion of the roads will probably be the end of November with start dates of the first three homes being in the first part of December. We hope to have pricing and floorplans out to you shortly thereafter once we’re ready to put the homes on the market.

The information we have at this time on the first three homes is that they will be between 4,500 and 5,000 square feet in size with two of the three being single story homes and the third being a two story home. Our Construction Team believes that once the first three homes are underway, the next three homes will follow after that within a month or so.

In answer to several inquiries about purchasing a lot in the Carlisle Inlet and building a custom home, the Developer has decided to move forward with a marketing plan of continuing to build spec homes only. Please note that we market our homes as soon as the foundations have been poured in order to allow Buyers the chance to semi-customize interior selections with Sherwood’s in-house designer.
