A Total 46 lots in the Carlisle Inlet
There are a total of 46 lots in the Carlisle Inlet and our Construction Team is intensely working to install the gutters, curbs and roads as we speak. Completion of the roads will probably be the end of November with start dates of the first three homes being in the first part of December. We hope to have pricing and floorplans out to you shortly thereafter once we’re ready to put the homes on the market.
The information we have at this time on the first three homes is that they will be between 4,500 and 5,000 square feet in size with two of the three being single story homes and the third being a two story home. Our Construction Team believes that once the first three homes are underway, the next three homes will follow after that within a month or so.
